Thread: No shore power

    Default No shore power

My 50 AMP shore line to shore line extension connecter shorted out & caught fire. it was quickly put out but both shore power lines where ruined. I have bought new but I am not getting any shore power to the boat. I have a 52' bluewater. All breakers appear to be working. What could the problem be? someone mentioned an additional breaker between the boat shore power connection & the breaker panels? All systems have power on generator.

take a volt meter to the connector on the cable where it connects to the boat...if it has the rated volts, then the issue is inside the hull...if not, go see the dockmaster...
