Chaparral 2130 ssi 5.7 bogs under load

When I increase rpm it feels like engine is holding back, bogs and doesnt develop higher rpm as it should. I've tested Fuel pump and its good, timing is per specs new plugs. It has a TBI. Any suggestions on what I can do? Plug Wires are good.

It did....I replaced the original engine a year ago and it ran great. Last couple trips out it wouldn't run at full power and started bogging down when trying to accelerate. It would pick up but at full power it did run full open.
 
Today checked knock sensor, all connections ran it and found that at idle it runs good, increase the power slowly it runs good, hit throttle hard and the TBI dumps so much fuel it floods the engine and it bogs.

Any suggestions on what the cause might be?
