DF 9.9 won't stay running in idle or with a load.

My motor will not run an idol or with a load and it won't keep idle on anybody have any clue what the issues may be or what I could try
 
I assume what you are saying is that your motor will run in neutral at a high rpm but when you bring it to an idle it will die. And if you can get the rpm low enough to put it in gear it will die. Is this correct?

If and neutral it will not go past half throttle before it dies and in gear it just dies
 
Do you run fuel out of the carburetor at the end of your boating activity ?----Or when motor sits for a week or more ?
