Hello, I recently bought a 96 9.9 gamefisher outboard, and it ran well for a little while then it started to have issues with peeing. I just replaced the impeller and thermostat and it still isn’t peeing correctly. it will have a decent stream and then stop a smoke a little bit and then go back to a decent stream. What do i do?
