Mercury Sailpower 4hp 09601963 ?

I forgot to say, can you or members tell me where i can get parts in the UK for my engines. The other one i got is a 1983 Mariner 25hp that you kindly found the model of. My local car mechanic has got both engines and he and his friend who likes working on outboards is helping him and me to get them running. My husband is unwell and me and family and friends are trying to get his boat back on the water. West wales coast. Thanks again, Kim.
