AQ165 Volvo engines won't start

Hello

Looking for help with our Volvo engines. We can't get a good answer from anyone as to whether they can be fixed, rebuilt or just thrown out. We have replaced the filters, gas, the oil and installed new spark plugs. The one engine will turn over but is leaking water into the oil and from the bottom of the engine at the brass plugs and the other engine won't even turn over

Any help is appreciated and if anyone knows someone that would travel to the boat that would be amazing

Yes, we live in Ontario and the previous owner said the boat had been winterized. We are learning that we should have reviewed the engines ourselves.
