Hi, I have a 2003 Johnson/Suzuki 40hp and all of a sudden it would run at about 1/3 power. Mechanic checked the fuel system and said it's getting fuel and then told me it was a bad ECM. This is a super expensive part so wondering if it could be anything else before I buy a new ECM? Also wondering if there are options to a new ECM, like a flash or repair? thx!
