I have a 6CTA diamond won’t go over 2400 rpms under load I’m a mechanic I put a fuel pressure guage on both fuel filters on the engines. One bounces very slowly from 10psi to 20psi the engine that won’t run at high rpms under load, the guage goes from 0 to 40 very fast back and forth? I just replace filters again. Second set I put new ones on in the spring. Still doing the same thing. Any help would be appreciated. J3
