Hello,
I have a BF60 with MIL 41 code. HO2 Heater Sensor that won't go away after replacing the sensor. The Ohm resistance is 7.1 cold. I also checked power to the harness and it's 14.4v. have cleared the code and reset many times but it keeps coming back.

You're aware there are 2 water temp sensors, yes?

Is it your impression that the motor is actually getting hot?

Does it going into "limp" mode where it's dropping rpm?

The motor runs fine, no overheat, and no limp mode. Just keeps getting buzzer for code 41 Oxygen sensor Heater Circuit. Put a new Oxygen sensor in with no luck.

If you. have full voltage to the sensor and you have checked continuity of the Bl/wh between the sensor plug and the ecm plug then you can be certain you have a faulty ecm. This is where a dealer can help, they can try a good ecm to confirm the problem before you send a lot of money replacing it.

I am currently running a Deep Cycle Battery that has 500 CCA. Honda recommends one with at least 582 CCA. Could something like this cause it to throw a oxygen heater code 41?
