Evinrude 115 1998 problem .

Hello , I have a problem with my Evinrude 115 ocean pro 1998y. It starts very well in all weather condition. but on High RPM it starts like interruption, first it was at high gears but, now it is in almost all rpms, I captured video and put it YouTube,may be some of you can tell me ideas what can cause this thing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SEFwVLnv2Qc

Looks like it went into SLOW. Check to see if warning horn is working. Either weak impeller, stuck t-stat/s or temp sensor.
 
The impeller is new, I have no horn in my controller, but I’ll connect to warning wire a buzzer, and see what happans. If i complitly unplug temp sesnors whould it run normal if if eas a problem in temperature sensors? mayby it is a power pack?
 
Thankyoy for advice , but I dont know for sure what is timing light? spark plugs are new and ignition coils new too.
