Something is getting hot on the front of the engine when switch is turned on. I think there is something shorted there. I Think there is too much sparking when connecting battery cables. I know next to nothing about the electrical system on this engine. It is not the starter or the solenoid as both are new. Suggestions welcome. Thanks.
