Oil/Fuel ratio for a 18602(c)

I usually mix at 16 ounces or 2 cups of oil per 5 gallons i know its a little more than needed but better to have more than not enough.
 
In 1964 they approved a 50:1 mix.-----Your 1966 model will run fine at that ratio.----If you want your kids and grandkids to enjoy this motor then 40:1 will let you get more hrs out of it.
