to start
i changed my water / fuel separating filter (filled w/gas before putting new one on) last week and after doing so had a hard time getting the primer bulb to pump up.
Took boat out this weekend it started and idled fine but when i put it in gear it felt rough and bogged down ( did not die just ran rough) where it would not get on plane. The only way we could get on plane was for my partner to sit on front deck and even then it ran fine but felt like i was running on 3/4 of normal power .
