I have a motor that has the hood that says Evinrude 9.5 sports win and I'm trying to identify the make and the model number or the serial number of the boat motor can anyone help me the silver freeze plug cap has the number j3225063

They were made from 1964 to 1973.---The first 2 years had a latch / knob on the hood.----Later ones had a latch on the lower cowling. -----Pictures will help.
