Suzuki 25 hp -1980 the engine runs backwards!?

Hello.

I find nothing about my problem on google. I'll try it here.
Its an 1980s suzuki 25 hp.
The starter motor turns the flywheel clockwise, as soon as it starts the flywheel turns the other way.
The impeller does not cool the engine at this point. The pull-start also goes clockwise so it is certain that the engine wants to run clockwise.

Ive changed position on the ignition plate and tried to find another setting and ive made it go a few times in the clockwise direction. Then the impeller cools normally. But the engine runs like ****.

I made it run clockwise when i turned the ignition plate clockwise. Checked with an ignition timing lamp and the ignition was off. But to get it right I had to adjust the ignition plate counterclockwise to what I think would be the original setting and if I do, the engine turns counter clockwise... I do not think my new impeller feels good to turn front and back

Anyhow, anyone know what it could be? Thanks for help!!

Put up a video, Is this motor new to you? What does it do if you put it in gear are they reversed? Is the starter wired correctly? Has it been worked on lately?
