Hey guys,
i have a 2006 M40C and need to rebuild the lower unit. Im a mechanic and fairly confident i can do the job. Just looking for some torque settings and things. If anyone has a copy of the service manual or a link that would be unreal. Cheers
 
The Factory service manual is copyrighted, so no electronic copies are typically available. It's covered in the combined 1- and 2-cylinder Tohatsu service manual, available from any dealer, including me. What do you need to rebuild, and why? No special torque values. I would install new seals.
