looking for torque conversion chart used on the short spanner for the driveshaft bearing retainer

i have the short retainer spanner and always kept the conversion chart with it but somehow it is missing. does anyone have this chart they can post or scan or take a picture of?

thanks Jack but the wrench i have is shorter than the OEM wrench, i was hoping to find someone with the shorter wrench than could send the chart.

I had hoped you would use your head.

think about this for a second, If the chart I uploaded shows the conversion for torque wrench length changes, wouldn't it also make sense that you could reach the same conversion (overall length of wrench and adapter) by substituting the adapter length added to the wrench length?
