I have never run the outboard off the boat before but running in a tub of water there is an outflow I have never noticed before, but on the boat may not have noticed it. This is from the rear port side of the engine behind the plastic cover on that side. There is a machined hole there where the water comes from. My Seloc workshop manual does not clearly show the 20HP cooling exit ports but the 25/30 diagrams show a cooling water bleed off hole in that location. I am about to sell the engine but not if there is a fault-can anyone advise please. I know there are real experts and gifted amateur on here where I have always had good advice previously, so heres hoping!
