Lower swivel pins

Hi: I am working on a 1972 Mercruiser outdrive and trying to get the lower swivel pin on the gimbal ring out. Are they ALL pressed in? The you-tube video shows them being easily tapped out. Mine is not budging. (I do have the cotter pin out)

I would suspect due to age yours is probably corroded on I would try some heat on it
