Sterndrive Oil Leaking - I know where, just don't know how to fix!

I found the leak on my Mercruiser 3.0l/xl Alpha Gen 2 sterndrive. Is this white line broken? OR does the clamp from one end just need to fit back over it? Anyone know what this line is called? Looked it up, but can't seem to identify this specific one. SD 3.jpgSD 1.jpgSD 3.jpg
 
I really cant tell from the pics, but that looks like the gear lube line from the transom to the bellhousing. This allows lube from the lube bottle on the engine to refill the drive as needed. Is the hose is off then yes it need to go back on otherwise put a new wire tie on it to tighten it up.
 
If your water pressure is too high when using motor muffs could that cause a gear oil leak?
I read in the manual to be wary of high water pressure when using muffs. It was right after running motor with muffs that I found gear lube in the bilge...
