Crank seal rings

Any reason to replace the crank seal rings during a rebuild if they measure within spec and aren't broken? Is it common practice while it's apart?
Did some research and pulled up a few old threads on this but still uncertain.

Cost isn't an issue, just wondering if the "if it ain't broken don't fix it" saying applies here.

Thanks

Fact-----Inspect them for wear.-----Some will argue as always.-----What I do on these is chamfer / break the sharp edge to allow them to move easily in the block.

Gonna go ahead and replace them all. 60 bucks extra at this point is nothing. Should I take off the sharp edge on both the top/bottom, inside/outside?
