last year the boat started running a little rough, i changed all the filters, tested the fuel, tune up and still wont get out of its own way, the tngien runs smooth and of course, on land i can rev it with no problem, its just in the water under load that there is an issue.
i am kind of lost on this one. any help is much appreciated.
