Yamaha 2stroke fires won’t run

I have a 2008 Yamaha 50TLR that would fire but not stay running. Usually fired once and died but sometimes would run 4-5 seconds and even run 20 seconds or so occasionally. Fuel flow seems good so I cleaned the carbs. After reinstalling motor continued with same issue for awhile then wouldn’t fire at all. On the spark side of things all 3 plugs looked carbon fouled so replace them but no change. Next I’ll check ignition coils, etc., but any advice appreciated. No experience with this stuff, relying on a Seloc manual.
 
Haven’t done it. Not sure how to go about it. So far what I’ve found in my manual is that my model is equipped with an electronic ignition advance mechanism in place of a mechanical ignition advance system. Adjustment of throttle linkage sets the timing. Must admit I was hoping it would at least run, if crappies, then make adjustments after the fact.
