M55B Throttle Linkage Adjustment

I am work on my 1984 Tohatsu M55B engine and need help finding the throttle linkage length settings. I have a Shop Manual for a M55A, mistakenly purchased, but the settings don't seem to be correct. If someone could get the correct settings it would be a great help. I ordered the correct shop manual but it is a week before I will get it.
 
I am looking for the center to center distance on the the following linkage rods
Timing Link Rod, Advancer Link Rod, and the Throttle Link Rod.
I adjusted them according to the specs in the M55A shop manual and need to verify the lengths for the M55B.
If possible I would like to pay to download the shop manual for the M55B.
 
Tohatsu Factorty service manuals are copyrighted, so should not be available for electronic download.
I have a reprint for $35 plus postage if that would help.
