Hi have a 4.3 mercruiser V6 that seems to be seized from sitting in the off season after a breakdown I've removed the starter outdrive and pulleys soaked pistons with marvel next I'm pulling the water pump to get at the timing chain to see if it's broken and bound up" the original incident happened suddenly motors sounded great I heard a kinda zing pew noise and lost power it would turn over after that but not start. Now it's seized after sitting all winter. I did have it winterized at a shop. Any advice? Thanks
