NS18C2 High idle on neutral

So i dont know why but my motor just idles really high and nothing changes even if you adjust the idle skrew, any theories on what it is thats causing it and if so any suggestions on how to fix it.
 
Did this just start happening? If RC model, is the throttle cable correctly adjusted? Anything blocking the throttle mechanism, such as partial choke?
 
Well, it worked fine one day then the next day it was going on a high idle. Im working at the moment but when i get home i can update you if i find something thats out of place
 
Doubtful that would just happen overnight. More likely is something has the throttle jammed so it won't hit the idle stopper screw at all.
