70 horse vs. 60 horse motor

I have a 1986 60 horse with jet pump we use to access skinny water and have the opportunity to buy a junker boat with a 1983 70 horse for $300 and I am thinking the motor might be a good spare. I am wondering if there are many differences in parts between the two.
 
Thanks to both of you. I knew the older 70 and later 60 were pretty much the same power output but was not sure about motor configurations. I think if I can pick up the entire boat for $300 or less it will make sense as I can get that for the trailer and just have to pay the back registrations and the dump to dispose of the hull.
 
Pretty sure Faztbullet is right. The earlier motor is a 49 cu in and the later is a 56 cube motor and very little crosses over.
