Fuel gauge and temperature gauge not working

I have a 1996 Wellcraft Excel 26 SE with a Mercruiser 7.4L 454 Bravo 2. I am replacing the carburetor. I have also replace the 50 amp breaker, starter relay, and the emergency kill switch. The only thing is now I notice on the dash that the fuel and temperature gauges are not working. What have I done wrong and how do I fix it? Thank you.
 
i would venture to guess that somewhere along the way, you disturbed the +12VDC supply (or the GND) to the affected gauges...
