Stator issue causing low voltage on switchbox leads?

Hi all

I am trying to determine why I have low voltage coming from my switchbox (green/white and green/yellow leads). The switch box and trigger is brand new but the stator is used. Using the CDI troubleshooting guide for Ohms and DVA readings I found that the stator voltage output on the LS (black/yellow lead) is over 700V (should be between 180-400) but the HS (black/white lead) is within spec at 70V. Would the LS lead cause low voltage coming from the swithbox green/white and green/yellow leads?

Update: Ohms readings for stator is as follows:

BLK w/ white stripe to blck w/ yellow stripe = 2,960 ohms
BLK w/ white stripe to ground = 132 ohms
BLK w/ yellow stripe to ground = 3,120 ohms

According to my manual these values are within spec....I guess my next step is to test the ignition coils.
