2004 mercury 15hp 4stroke dipstick tube popping out

I have a problem with the tube popping out. I can run for about 5 minutes and the engine will sputter it almost sounds like a light backfire and blow out the dipstick tube and proceed to blow oil out. I really hope the engine isnt headed for a rebuild. I was wondering what might be causing this any help greatly appreciated.
 
Crankcase overpressure is caused by blowby on piston rings...take to someone and have a leak down test on cylinders
 
This engine rhns great and starts easy but I checked the compression today and its 105 on both cylinders. Do these readings seam low to your guys
