On our 2006 350mpi we replaced the engine with a 383 and had whipple reprogram the 555 ecm. We ran the engine on the stand without any issues. The engine is now in the boat and with the key on, the alarm is not coming on at all. Even after several minutes. Fuel pump cycles, but we have not started the engine yet.
Any ideas on what to check for the alarm? It's powered through the round harness connector, correct? Any wire connections I may have missed?
