Carburetor leak

Rebuilt my 1973 6hp carburetor and when you squeeze the fuel line ball for pressure it leaks out the hole beside the idle screw

What could go wrong there? except the float adjustment, and I adjusted that . Could it be anything else?

??----Something is wrong ( dirt on the needle ) with your carburetor float / float valve !----Or come on over as I likely have a couple of carburetors to tutor you on the inspection / repairs.----Sorry to be so blunt.

So for it to come out that hole its definitely going past the float needle correct?
