I bought this boat back in August of last year and basically remodeled the entire boat. When I took it out for the first time the rpm wouldn’t go over 4,000 unless I turned it off and back on again and immediately took it to WOT, where it would hit around 5,500-6,000 rpm but after about 10 seconds I would be at about 35 mph and it would go back down to 4,000 rpm which caused me to slow down to about 17mph and it would stick there until I turned it off and back on again.

the motor will start right up with no problem and stay running great but after 10 or so seconds it won’t let you get over 4000 rpm

The oil injection was deleted when I got it and I believe the buzzer sensor has also been turned off.

Compression is good, and runs like a champ at idle.

I need help PLEASE I don’t know what to do!
