I am in the process of changing out the timing belt in a 1981 Volvo Penta BB140a (B21). Can anyone share some links on how to instruction videos or PDFs?

Pretty sure the b23 is more or less the same as your b21 more or less the same for volvos 75-95. On interference engines so no harm if the belt breaks ...

may want to do the cam seal while you are in there if it is leaking
