Steering went out on me while in some nasty weather. I have a 19ft center console with a 2014 evinrude 115 etec. After getting home steering by hand I found that the inner cable inside of the cable housing had fed into my center console. So it appears my helm side of the cable is still working. I'm guessing the motor side of the interior cable has become disconnected.Can this be reattached/fixed or do I need a new cable?
