97 Nissan 25hp tiller

I just picked up a 97 NS25C2 outboard that has 30hp carbs and the restrictor plate has been removed. What would you say the value of the motor is?? Electric/pull start in clean condition and both cylinders have 140 psi.

OK, Obsolete 25C2 from the early 1990s with the carb from a 30A3. Whatever someone wants to pay. No WP kit available any more, so when that's worn out, it's done.
