1999 4 Stroke 15 Fuel Pump

boats.net has a rebuild kit, along with a few other sites for around 80$. There is a knockoff pump that may fit on amazon for $20 but you get what you pay for..

Thank You, Blue_Sky...I was completing the rebuild when the tiny clip holding a valve spring, that is not a part of the rebuild, decided to "LAUNCH"...found the spring and the clip...no valve. So, getting something cheap and similar in build out, that I can dissect to see if the same valve spring assembly is incorporated was my next move. I am finding the design of that fuel pump for 1999 is radically different than other Evinrude years...and no replacement aftermarket pumps were produced, something to do with Suzuki being the manufacturer for Evinrude small HP outboards that year, but 99 Suzuki motors and fuel pumps don't look anything like the 99 Evinrude 4 stroke 15...just need that tiny valve disk...have the spring and the tiny metal clip that holds the spring in place on the black plastic internal fame of the pump, missing the "valve"...great idea, THX!

Nope ---I do not believe that was a SUZUKI designed / built motor those years from 95 to 2000 !!
