Suzuki dt2 1985 No Spark

I bought a suzuki dt2 in the hope of that i could have made a quick buck. It had no spark but i didnt think it was going to be hard to fix because the person that i bought it from had bought a new Ignition coil and a new condenser. So i thought it was the sparkplug or the kill switch that was the problem but both are in good condition. So im wondering if you guys might know what the problem might would be?. I have tryed to set the timing right and cleaned the spark point with sand paper (p3000) but it still got no spark! Please write if you have any slightest ideas.

Yes i meant Breaker Points, im new to 2 strokes. but im unsure how to set the breaker points, ive been in some manuals and seen that it says 0.3 - 0.4 mm gap, but should the arm move more than that? And ive Cleand them with sandpaper so its very clean.
