1989 Yamaha pro 50 carb question

Hey all. Quick question for all those who know more then I. I have a 1989 Yamaha Pro 50hp. I removed the carbs and cleaned everything as I have done with all of my new to me small engines. Now here is the problem, the top two carbs while needing to be cleaned both cleaned out fine and went back together without a hitch. The bottom carb has the electric choke system attached to it and in this carb the smaller of the two jets is completely block solid. I have used torch tip cleaners and a toothpick and a thumb tack to try and free up the blockage but nothing has worked. Is this jet supposed to be blocked up because of something to do with the electric choke solenoid set up on it? Or should I just keep up trying to free up what’s inside/get a new jet? It’s been soaking in carb cleaner all night now. Thoughts? Thanks all!
