Trying to find tilt and trim for 81 mariner 40

I have a 81 mariner 40 hp and would like put a power trim it but don't know what power tilt and trim unit will fit my motor. I have seen cmc aftermarket parts but would prefer original equipment. I see alot of used ones for sale but not sure what I need. Mariner parts must be hard to find online I have spent hrs looking but still unsure what unit I need. Do I need additional brackets as well. Any help would be appreciated
 
Ok that is a Yamaha. Yamaha in all but name and colour. If you could find a PTT for a Yamaha 40/55/60 around the same era,couple years earlier it will fit.
If Graham Lambe is floating about he would be able to give you the exact Yamaha 40 it is. My old PC popped it's clogs and I lost most of my saved notes Guessing '78/'79 Yamaha. Some of the bigger HP PTT will fit or if you're handy, adapted
