It’s definitely got compression lol. You can hear it and when you have the sparkplugs on it pretty hard to turn overCompression test....compression test. Then we see what ya got!
Electric starter was an accessory kit. Likely never had one. Those motors were sold as a low cost alternative to the 40hp--without all the bells and whistles.
Looks like parts 26, 27, and 28 are missing.
