1999 70 hp Evinrude built by Suzuki. With the ear muffs on and water turned on I pulled the dip stick to check the oil. A stream of water and oil came out . The stream was under pressure and didn't stop until I turned off the water. I pulled the plugs and got no water coming from the plug holes. Is there a specific water jacketed area I should concentrate on? Never overheated.
