So I overheated my 1980 Evinrude 35hp - what parts to replace

I think I either sucked up some schmutz or lost prime on a turn and cooked the impeller, housing, and housing spacer. The powerhead seems to be a different color now too.:( Compression is down to 60 and 56. I imagine I'm at least looking at a head gasket and water cover gasket. What else should I be focusing on as begin the teardown of the powerhead?

Might get by with lite hone, rings and most likely pistons too....depending on what they look like and final piston to cylinder clearance which should be .003 to .0035 for that bore....make sure it's still round, eh?
