Plate under carbs on aq151

I am not seeing any type of restrictor plate.

I've pulled carbs on 4 different b230 motors and they all had these plates . Few having them in different positions, 1 only had only 1 plate, but wasn't the aq171.20201115_083636.jpg20201115_083553.jpg

I kind of thought as much, as far. As little reduction in wot performance, wasn't looking to ring my little 4cyl. Motor neck for minor boost in performance, just wondering what their supposed to do.
