Differences between 1990 200hp and 225hp Evinrude/Johnson

Just curious, what is the differences between 1990 200hp and 225hp Evinrude/Johnson besides the number on the engine cover. what parts make the additional 25 hp. from what I seen all of the part numbers for the carburetors, engine components and lower unit are the same.
