2003 40 hp 2 stroke impeller help

I just bought a 2003 40 hp two stroke, impeller needs to be replaced is this a job that I can do or a job for a service department and if so what should I expect to pay?
 
plenty of videos on YouTube that show how to replace the impeller. For the most part, doesn't even have to brand specific as changing the impeller is pretty much the same across all brands. But don't just buy the impeller; get the full water pump kit which will include new gaskets, liner, etc. Same amount of work so might as well change everything once you're in there.
 
What is your actual model (not year)? WP kits are available. Always do a complete kit; not just the impeller.
