2019 Honda 50 starter fuse keeps blowing

Aloha! This engine is brand new. Installed by a trusted Honda Cert. Tech. Out of the blue, engine won’t start, trim not working, no alert beep when turning key to start.
10 amp fuse related to starter trim tilt, etc. was blown. Replaced. Started fine. Shut engine off. Restart no -go. 10 amp fuse blown again.
Checked wiring harness, loose connections, damage and nothing.

regular service by Honda cert. tech.

Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks!
 
When do you notice the fuse is blown? During cranking? Or, after you've run a bit and maybe used the trim switch? Noticing details like that might lead you in a direction of things to check and wires to wiggle.

Not arguing with Ian's advice, he knows what's up. But I would ALSO look at wires going to tilt relay module. I have no experience with the 50 but have seen a few wires to to tilt relay break on the 20hp outboards.

Tilt controls are acting up. For now with the new wire harness things are stable, I can manually tilt off engine body control. This week I’ll change the throttle control, hopefully that will solve the tilt control issue.
