2021 200 Mercury PRO XS battery drain

I recently purchased a new Bass Cat P2 with Mercury 200 PRO XS four stroke and 3 HB helix 7's on it.
When I turn on the graphs for a few hours, they drain my battery to the point that my engine will not start.
The graphs also kick a low voltage alarm.

The boat has a Group 24 battery (lead acid I assume - but will check). I have heard that they will not hold a charge with the newer Merc 4 strokes (31 AGM is a must). However, my dealer says that is not the problem.

The boat ran fine for the first 12 motor hours or so but I had to have the starter replaced. It would "hit" hard (like a firing pin in a gun with no ammo), but would not even make an attempt to start the motor.

I took the boat into the dealer for the starter issue. They replaced the starter. Now I have this battery drain issue.

What is causing my battery drain. I am almost certain that it is not a loose connection.
