I have a free boat and trailer with a 1975 650E 65 hp 3 cyl mercury outboard I'm swapping the powerhead on.
I know I need carb gaskets two. Have them setup already. But I don't know the rest of the gaskets that I will
need to swap it out.
I think I need that one that bolts the powerhead to the unit. Can't find that in my parts book. What are the others
that need to be changed. Heard the oil seal lower end.
