I have been trying to do a link n sync and change roller follower sleeves. My issue is this. I understand the throttle cable must be removed and it has a lock nut and bolt holding it on the arm. Any idea on how to change out? Also, I changed out the roller follower sleeve where the slot is. I have been told there is one on the carb. I see a black plastic cylindrical looking item. It doesnt seem to come off. Any suggestions on either?
